RETURNS: If you are unhappy with the products we have provided or they are faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of your order. We will provide replacements if available or source an alternative which is as close to the original product as possible. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If products are deemed faulty, we may need to inspect them first. If found to be faulty, we will gladly provide an alternative, refund or credit to your account. Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your goods but they must be returned, free of charge, in perfect condition and bottles must be unopened.
