SHIPPING: All orders for Cornwall and mainland UK will be processed and sent on the same day if received before 3pm. Any order made on a bank holiday in England or weekends will be sent on the next working day.
DELIVERY COSTS: UK postage costs £15 for a normal box of 6 bottles of wine (10kg). You will see the amount when you check out and buy your products. We use Parcelforce24, and you will usually be required to sign for goods and provide proof of age if required.
RETURNS: If you are unhappy with the products we have provided or they are faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of your order. We will provide replacements if available or source an alternative which is as close to the original product as possible. Please contact enquiries@kernowine.co.uk
If products are deemed faulty, we may need to inspect them first. If found to be faulty, we will gladly provide an alternative, refund or credit to your account. Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your goods but they must be returned, free of charge, in perfect condition and bottles must be unopened.
