Natural wine is made with minimal intervention, both in the vineyard and during the winemaking process. It focuses on using organic or biodynamic farming practices, avoiding synthetic chemicals and stabilisers, and allowing the grapes to ferment naturally with wild yeast. The goal is to let the true expression of the grape and terroir shine through, resulting in wines that are often more unique, vibrant, and unpredictable in taste.
