Winemaking: The grapes were collected from the southern slopes of the Štiavnické hills, the village of ÄŒajkov, the Rybník hunting ground. The grapes were macerated for approximately 2 hours on the skins. After pressing, it went directly into Štiavnice oak barrels (2 new, 2 used twice and 1 used three times), where fermentation took place. After the end of fermentation, the barrels were topped up and the wine matured in them for one year on thick lees. Before finalization, the wines from all barrels rested together for 2 months in a stainless steel container. Filled without clarification or filtration. Wine produced by the traditional method without the use of selected yeasts, enzymes and other additives. The wine is unfiltered, possible fine sediment is a natural phenomenon.
