Descendientes de J. Palacios, Pétalos, Bierzo

This wine is a ruby red colour with a fruity note on the nose of strawberries, ripe currants and blueberries. It’s followed by floral, violets and some spices and light liquorice. Aged for 10 months in French oak, the wine is fresh and aromatic, a great combination of ripeness with cool climate freshness. This is 92% Mencía, 5% other red varieties (Alicante Bouschet, Gran Negro, Pan y Carne and Negreda) and 3% whites (Valenciana, Jerez and Godello).
