Sharpham, Dart Valley Reserve



This is a blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small proportion having French oak contact before being carefully blended. This is Sharpham’s largest production wine of about 20,000 bottles per year. This wine is ripe and fruit driven and has a rich profile. Stone fruits such as white peach dominate the nose. The palate is rounded with sweet apricot and a subtle spice on the finish. Pair with chicken or seafood salads and light tapas dishes and paella.
