Pale lemon green in colour with a lively mousse that quickly settles to a steady stream of fine bubbles. Aromas are a combination of apples, citrus and freshly baked bread. On the palate, this wine shows great vivacity, complexity and a fine mousse. Serve at 8 degrees. Excellent with fish and chips.
