A very pale copper salmon hue with a fine stream of tiny bubbles. The nose shows incredible delicate complexity. Aromas of raspberry, lemon zest and buttery almond biscuits. The palate is crisp, with fresh citrus and raspberry flavours that linger providing a long finish.
