This is 100% Garnacha Blanca from a single plot south of Alberite. The wine is hand worked and pressed in a basket press. Fermentation is in stainless steel with ageing in steel for 10 months on the lees. The wine is fresh, bright and perfectly pixelled. A breezy play of richness and taut acid marks the palate, with a touch of salty twang, thyme and white pepper and long and persistent palate.
