Tinkture, Dirty Rose Martini Cocktail

Andy and Lyndsey Appleton, creators of restaurant and bar Appleton’s in Fowey (formerly at Treveibban Mill near Padstow), helped to make this a sophisticated Martini. It’s a combination of Rose Gin by Tinkture and Antica Distilleria Quaglia Vermouth Berto Bianco. The natural sweetness from the vermouth and the floral oils from the Rose gin make this Martini dangerously drinkable.
