The beauty of canned wine is in its simplicity, as there’s no need to search for a corkscrew or grab some glasses, wine in a tin can be enjoyed anywhere and at any time. The smaller size of this format has clear benefits and allows for the wine to be chilled much quicker and keeps it fresh. This Syrah is sourced from Stellenbosch producer De Morgenzon (Morning Sun in Afrikaans) and is full of vibrant red-black fruit and with an aromatic nose reminiscent of Saint-Joseph. This is a very pure and naked example of the grape.
