To make this product, 11 botanicals are steeped with the organic grain spirit in Shirley (the Copper Still). There is juniper and coriander up front, some warmer cardamom and feffir lime base notes with a sea buckthorn and citrus finish. It’s tempered by the dryness of maté and gentian root to give a smooth, pleasing mouthfeel.
