Monte del Frà, Cà Del Magro Custoza Superiore

This is day bright yellow. It’s medium intensity with floral, and spicy aromas such as blossom, chamomile, apple, pear, peach, citrus, tropical fruit and ginger. It’s dry, well balanced with a long finish. It’s an excellent aperitif wine and it goes well with pasta and soups, fresh water fish, vegetarian, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine in general. It’s also delicious with fried dishes, pizza and chicken. It’s a blend of Garganega (Soave grape), Trebbiano Toscano, Cortese (Gavi grape) and Incrocio Manzoni.
