This wine was fermented on the skins for 3 weeks, was unfiltered and almost sulfur-free. It was aged for 10 month in Austrian oak and acacia barrels. The orange wine (a white wine made like a red wine with extended skin contact) is a deep orange colour. Its nose is floral (rose) combined with herbaceousness and it’s fresh and full bodied with a long finish. It goes well with seafood and Asian food.
