This is a blend of 20% Obeïdi, 20% Vermentino, 20% Clairette, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. Grapes are hand-picked and conveyed in crates. Direct pressing with a pneumatic press, static settling, and fermentation in foudres (30 hl) and demi-muids. Maturation is on the lees for about 8 months in foudres and demi-muids. It’s bottled at 8 months.

This is a well-balanced white wine with white flower scents. It combines depth, roundness, crispiness and an oriental flavour thanks to the local obeïdi.
