This white wine is made in the hills of DOC Breganze on volcanic soils. It undergoes cold maceration for two days and soft pressing completely with no oxidation. It’s aged in stainless steel tanks for four months. It boasts intensely aromatic notes of ripe stone fruit, honey and orange blossom. It’s dry with a lovely balance between its full-bodied mouthfeel and crisp acidity. Vespaiola gets its name from the wasps (vespe) attracted by high sugar levels in its ripe grapes.
