Vinha Formal is Luis Pato’s top white wine, made entirely from Bical grapes. It’s fermented and aged 8 months in Allier oak, from chalky clay soils in Ois do Bairro, the historic home of some of Bairrada’s most famous terroir. Drink with roasted fish in the oven, cod, shellfish, sushi and soft sheep cheese.
