Bishop is a true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish. It is vibrant dark red with purple hues and has subtle yet expressive, black cherries, dried spice and liquorice on the nose. This vintage (2020) of Bishop is amazingly expressive and approachable for a wine of such depth. It’s both bright and complex and with convincingly silky texture. Flavours of dark cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate and multiple dried spices are supported by restrained tannin. Look for the classic calling card of palate length and persistence.
