This vodka was first produced from Colwith Farm potatoes grown on the 400-acre family farm near Fowey in 2018. The farm has been in the family since 1904. Distilled and blended with mineral water from an aquifer beneath the farm, the vodka has a smooth and creamy flavour. Originally, 20 potato varieties were whittled down to just a few, which the farm varies throughout the harvest to match seasonality.
