Description

Owned and run by Paul and Liz Sibley with family help, Bosue Vineyard is situated about one mile from The Lost Gardens of Heligan on the south coast of Cornwall outside St Austell. The south facing slopes and mild Cornish climate perfectly suit the varieties of Rondo, Regent, Solaris, Johanniter, Phoenix and Orion Grapes.

This sparkling wine is made from 25% each of Orion and Phoenix and 50% Johanniter grapes. Winemaking is in the traditional method to produce an elegant sparkling wine with a touch of spice, aromatic mango fruit and a lovely structure.
