The wine has a very deep and evolving nose, with scents of dark chocolate. This is a modern wine, filled with jammy red fruits, spices and flowers like violets and lavender. It’s a blend of 70% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 10% Carignan and 10% Mourvèdre. Pair with a juicy burger or truffled Gorgonzola.
