Zudugarai, Antxiola Rosado, Getaria Txakolina

This is a beautiful pale rose petal red. It has bright crunchy red berries on the nose, cranberry, spice and smoke. The palate is mineral, fresh and salty. It has lots of red fruit skin, cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and red citrus. It’s balanced with a little spice, crisp acidity and juicy. It’s saline, fresh and very super dry finish. Drink with gazpacho, red peppers or salami.
