Aged in old French oak barrels for 12 months, Tilleul is made in the same way as some white Chardonnay premier cru. The bouquet is delicate yet powerful. Candied citrus fruits play around with subtle spicy notes such as cardamom and cinnamon. On the palate, the almond pâtissière with candied lemon comes through.
