Tasting Notes: This wine is straw yellow in colour with youthful hints and a delicate but perfumed floral nose. It displays intense aromas of wisteria and sweet jasmine, balanced with light spicy notes. The full-bodied palate shows surprising power while the natural zest of Riesling ensures a fresh and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and aromatic.
Winemaking: The Malvasia was fermented for 17 days, the Riesling for 13 and the Friulano for 20 days. The wine spent 8 months on its lees, and was naturally filtered in stainless steel tanks, before being bottled and rested for 9 more months before release.
