Tasting Notes: Raspberry and strawberry aromas that are present on both the nose and the palate. Fresh, and suited to aperitifs and barbecues. This rosé is fine and light, with floral and fruity aromas and little acidity.
Winemaking: The entire Uby vineyard has been certified ‘Viticulture Raisonnée Contrôlée’ for 10 years. Cereal crops on the estate, as well as the 12 hectares of vines. are grown organically. The wine is obtained by gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation and aging on fine lees.
Tasted at each stage to ensure their quality, the wines are then assembled according to their aromatic profile in order to offer, each year, the same profiles in terms of aromas, freshness and structure. And if the tortoise is the emblem of UBY, it's not by chance. UBY is the name of a stream that runs through the estate, a protected area where Europe's last Cistude tortoises live and breed. It's a symbol of their commitment to the environment.
