Tasting Notes: An off-dry, aromatic white blend with aromas of peach blossom, elderflower and honeysuckle. On the palate you'll find pineapple, honeydew, ripe melon and apple.
Winemaking: Grapes were destemmed, crushed, pressed, settled and fermented at 14-16ºC. 3-4 months on lees,does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
