Tasting Notes: Decadent brut natured sparkling wine with an elegant, rich and creamy finish. Aromas of apple blossom and skins, with vanilla, crème pâtissière and stewed apple on the palate.
Winemaking: Traditional method (second fermentation in bottle). 12% of the wine spends 6 months ageing in new French Oak barrel with Acacia top, before 4 years lees ageing. 2 g/l dosage with the same wine.
