Tasting Notes: Aromas of baked plums, black pepper and dark chocolate. Smooth, smokey and balanced, with flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant and sweet spice.
Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermented in open top tanks at ambient temperature for 7-10 days with extra skin fermentation up to 4 weeks. Typically spends 8 months in French and American Oak barrels and partially in tank. Full malolactic fermentation in barrel and tank. Unfiltered.
