Tasting Notes: The top wine of Pulenta's estate label. This wine is an intense red colour with dark tones. It has notes of plum, cherry, and dark fruits, with several spices like thyme, oregano, and black pepper, given by some of the components of the blend, which make the wine delicate and complex. On the palate it’s elegant but structured, with a persistent finish making it a wine hard to forget.
Winemaking: Pulenta Estate experiences the perfect climatic conditions required for the growth and development of the grapevines. It enjoys a desirable amount of rainfall, sunshine, and wind currents that enhance the natural fruitiness of the grapes and improve their flavour and aroma. In addition to these aspects, the strict and flawless work put behind the care of the vineyards allows Pulenta Estate to acquire superior results.
