On Tuesday 27th October from 6pm, we’ll be trying some of our new imported Portuguese wines.
We've brought in some wines from an estate in Vinho Verde - called Quinta de Carapeços - in the northern part of Portugal who we visited on a wine buying trip back in January 2024.
We were blown away by the wines of Miguel and Filipa Abreu and will be tasting six wines from the estate.
We'll be trying a sparkling Alvarinho, a classic Alvarinho, an oaked version, an orange Alvarinho, a rosé made from the local Espadeiro grape variety plus a red made from the Vinhāo grape variety.
