Winemaking: Polgoon make delicate, clean wines and ciders from a sunny hill overlooking Mount's Bay in Penzance. Since their first vintage in 2006, their wines have become known for their precision and expressiveness, winning many awards. Polgoon’s first ever Orange Wine, crafted from Bacchus grapes fermented on their skins, celebrates both innovation and tradition. The skin contact gives this wine its rich amber colour, gentle tannic structure, and remarkable depth of flavour.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with a charcuterie board, hard cheeses, or lightly spiced dishes such as Moroccan tagines. A wine made for adventurous palates.
