Tasting Notes:Fresh and delicate with aromas of citrus, apricot and stone fruits. Light and round on the palate with slightly creamy texture from Viognier grape and good acidity from Viura.
Winemaking: After being pressed, the grapes ferment with native yeasts from our vineyard in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, this wine is aged on its lees for six months before being bottled.
