Tasting Notes:A classic Chasselas, with a nose of orchard fruit, floral aromas and minerality. Buttery and very giving. The palate is slightly creamy, with a touch of richness but with a lovely thread of mineral acidity running through it that keeps things fresh.
Winemaking: Wines are matured in pre-used barrels so as to ensure a well-balanced aging process. The company policy is to offer wines that are ready to drink, which can entail several years of maturation and be enjoyed across a long evolution period.
