Winemaking: Muscat, made in the style of an 'Orange wine'. A tiny batch of Muscat grapes that were fermented on the skins as you would a red wine for over 2 weeks before being pressed.
Tasting Notes: The skin fermented method when applied to the aromatic Muscat grape results in a wine with powerful grapefruit and stewed apricot aromas. The palate is dry and robust, with pronounced citrus flavours and gentle tannins. A food friendly wine perfect with lightly spiced cuisines and white meats.
