Winemaking: The grapes were picked by hand and fermented cool, in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit characters. After fermentation the wine was aged for a short period before being bottled to preserve the natural youthfulness of this wine.
Tasting Notes: This is typically English in style, displaying delicate fresh fruit and floral hedgerow characters on the nose. It displays great balance with a medium fruit intensity of apple, white plums and pear that express the perfect ripeness. On the palate it's crisp with delicate apple and herbaceous flavours.
