Vineyard: Peace, Love & Garnacha 2024is a 100% Grenache wine and is the first vintage from her new vineyard in San Andrés, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in Rioja Alta. The vines are trained using the bush method on clay and sandy soils.
Winemaking: The Grenache grapes were handpicked and hand-sorted at the winery and destemmed. 80% of the destemmed bunches were fermented in an open stainless steel tank. The wine was aged for 12 months in 225 and 500 litre French oak barrels (10% of which are new).
Tasting Notes: This Grenache has complex, subtle floral notes, ripe red fruit, and spicy-minty aromas. It features soft tannins and a long, energetic, and fresh finish.
