Tasting Notes: A very complex wine, full of tropical nuance throughout every sip - pineapple, lychee and citrus with wonderful texture and mouthfeel from the time spent on lees.
Winemaking: Dominio del Cárabo White, aged in concrete, fermented in small concrete tanks on coarse lees and rests with them for a month. It is then aged on fine lees for four months. This wine is also blended with 20% of the same wine aged in 500-litre barrels.
