Tasting Notes:A fine and elegant floral aromatic profile of white fruits. The palate is fleshy, with a dense and charming structure, ripe and fruity. Complex, with slightly buttery citrus and pear. The finish is delicately saline.
Winemaking: Direct pressing. Vinification in 500 litre barrels, 12 hl barrel and cement tank. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. No malolactic conversion. Aged on thin lees for 11 months. Light filtration, bottled by the Domaine's team.
