Tasting Notes: This is a deliciously fresh fizz, opening with aromas of green apple and citrus fruit, with just a hint of white peach. The palate has a satisfyingly subtle effervescence which is counteracted by the zesty flavours and texture.
Winemaking: The La Teixonera vineyard is named after a small river near the town of Torrelavit. A small vineyard with an area of 0.8 hectares surrounded by forest, pure clay and Garnatxa Negra, a vineyard that has always reminded us of the Mediterranean climate. Whole bunch pressing, using the flower must until reaching 40% of the yield. Production is only 980 bottles.
