Tasting Notes: Aromas of sweet wild berries. Grassy, with herbal notes complemented by flavours of quince, pear and a hint of tangerine.
Winemaking: Made in Bosue's own boutique winery in the classic Champagne method and stored on lees for a minimum of twelve months before disgorging by hand. A dry wine retaining a refreshing malic acidity.
