Tasting Notes: A cherry red wine with violet hues. Clear and bright. Expressive nose with notes of red and black fruit and spicy hints with a mineral base. Fresh on the palate, with a silky finish.
Winemaking: Each variety and/or plot is separated. Bunch and berry selection table, destemming, and light crushing. 80 to 100 hl French oak and stainless steel winemaking tanks with temperature control. Cold maceration for 24 to 36 hours at 8-10°C. Alcoholic fermentation for 11-13 days with minor pumping over and pigeage. Average temperature is 26°C. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 to 8 days. Manual decanting by gravity, using only the free-run wine.
