Tasting Notes: A very crisp and refreshing wine, with lots of lemon and grapefruit on the palate, and a lovely hint of salinity on the finish.
Winemaking: Viticutlure is sustainable. After a short cold maceration, free run juice is settled for 48 hours at temperatures between 6 and 8°c. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (14-16°c) to preserve the fresh fruit flavour profile in the final wine.
