Tasting Notes:This is a vibrant wine with excellent fruit concentration, juicy acidity and structured tannins. Layers of red cherry, plum and a pleasant hint of dried herbs gives this wine character.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked and destemmed before undergoing spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, before a further 8 months ageing in stainless steel. the wine is lightly filtered before bottling with a very small addition os SO2 before release.
