A winery that has grown from 48 farmers in 1923 to more than 200 farmers now. This family-run company has worked together over the years to create a unique brand, develop new products, and enter into new foreign markets, which has resulted in many achievements, awards, and high-quality products.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt Cantina Settecani, the family embraced the region’s rich history and situated themselves amidst the churches, castles and vine-covered hills that define such a traditional territory. They use a combination of cutting-edge, modern technologies with the traditional family processes while also respecting the environment and promoting sustainable production. It has a single fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16\/18°C degrees in an autoclave (pressurised steel tank used in the production of Prosecco or Lambrusco in the \u003cspan\u003eCharmat or Martinotti method\u003c\/span\u003e).
