Sharpham, Sparkling Blanc

Sharpham’s sparkling blanc, crafted on the banks of the River Dart in south Devon, is made in the traditional method, where secondary fermentation occurs in bottle. Aged on its lees for three years, this complex fine sparkling wine is great with food. Try with fish and chips or calamari. This is a citrus-driven style with juicy green apples, and real toasty/bready complexity from the extended lees aging. Vibrant and fresh, with a soft mousse and a lovely long finish.
