Sharpham, Pinot Noir rosé NV



The Pinot Noir grapes were picked by hand and then destemmed in the winery shortly afterwards. The crushed fruit was pressed gently for 4 hours in order to achieve desired colouration. The fruit was then transferred to stainless steel and was fermented dry. A versatile wine perfect with summer platters, goats cheese salads and grilled white meat. This is a dry and fruity rosé with a focus on red fruits such as sour raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry characteristics on the nose.
