Polgoon, Rondo & Seyval Blanc rosé

Description

A single estate medium dry rosé with a vibrant pink colour. Fresh Cornish strawberries on the nose and a palate of red summer berries. A finish lengthened by a crisp, fruit acidity. The grapes were hand-picked at Polgoon, Penzance, then destemmed and pressed immediately. Rondo juice was blended with Seyval Blanc to lighten the colour of the Rondo. Using a rosé yeast fermentation followed adding sugar at bottling.
