Ferrari, Maximum Brut rose NV

This traditional method sparkling wine from Trentino, Italy, is delicately fragrant, with hints of berry fruits, yeast and a faintly balsamic undertone of considerable complexity. It is dry, clean and elegant, with a delicate background of sweet almonds and aromatic musk. There are also notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and violets, accompanied by hints of brioche on the finish.
