Alex Cady represents the 4th generation to run this family estate. This is a sweet wine – a rich, concentrated – yet delicately balanced – cuvée of Coteaux du Layon. A late harvest Chenin Blanc wine, this is honeyed with citrus peel and ripe stone fruit, but with enough acid to cut through the sweetness.
